Robert has over 29 years’ experience in business leadership and management consultancy in East Africa. He has extensive experience in Auditing, Finance, Banking, Business Strategy and Management Consultancy. Robert trained as an accountant with PwC, where he worked for five years and rose to Audit Manager in its Business Assurance division. Robert has also worked as Chief Finance Officer at DHL International and Nile Bank Limited as well as Executive Director DFCU Bank Limited.

Robert co-founded and was senior partner at Kisaka & Company, one of the leading indigenous accountancy and management consultancy firms in Uganda. He was in charge of several large scale audit and consultancy assignments for various clients including governments, development organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, Danida, EU as well as numerous private sector clients. Robert’s role is to seek out business opportunities for the Company, including preparing business proposals and marketing the services that can be provided by the Company. Robert is the Human Capital Partner at the firm.
