Professional Summary:
Robert is a Partner in our assurance division. He leads audit and consultancy engagements for a number of clients. He advises leading companies on business strategy, corporate finance and M&A. He has 30 years’ experience in business leadership, financial services, accountancy and management consultancy.
Among his recent work, Robert:
- Led multi-year statutory audits of various organizations including financial institutions, pensions funds, other corporate and non-profit organizations
- Supported a number of clients to develop winning corporate strategies
- Advised a number of clients on crafting and executing successful mergers and acquisitions
- Completed several corporate valuations
- A number of board level engagements including board inductions, performance evaluations and training.
