Consequential Loss Assessment
The J.Samuel Richards & Associates®’ Consequential Loss Assessment methodology follows the Cause, Effect, and Rights (CER) framework that is a proven and reliable tool for preparing financial claims arising from consequential loss, designed by the American Insurance Association.
The CER framework seeks to establish the cause of the consequential loss and identify the party responsible for that cause, thus precipitating liability.
Secondly, the CER framework then confirms that the consequential loss was indeed a direct result of the cause and generates a financial estimation of the level of the consequential loss.
Thirdly, the CER framework is finalized by the topping of legal support, including the mapping out of relevant precedence premises for the claim.
