Albert has over 24 years of audit, accounting and consulting experience starting with 10 years spent at international accounting firm; PwC. Albert was Finance Manager at Stanbic Bank, then Head of Audit in same bank before spending two years as Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives at Standard Bank of South Africa. He is an Information Technology Assurance/Governance specialist.
Albert’s role in the firm is to provide leadership to a team of professional accountants to undertake external audits of financial statements of a diverse spectrum of clients. My task is to ensure that the teams are well equipped and skilled to perform audits according to international standards and that clients receive value for money. Albert is a Member of the Technical Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. Albert’s role is to help ICPAU promote and maintain compliance with professional standards, primarily, the IFRS and ISAs. He also initiates and participates in research into areas of interest to the profession of accounting.

He has extensive experience in Auditing, Finance and Management Consultancy. Joshua trained as an accountant with PwC. He has subsequently held a number of senior positions in the Public Sector including Makerere University, NSSF and Uganda Electricity Generation Company. While an Assistant Commissioner (Treasury) at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, he was in-charge of monetary and fiscal policy for Uganda country budget.
He undertook a deep diagnosis of the Finance Department at Nkumba University which helped them professionalize and streamline their financial reporting. He has also been seconded to Uganda Electricity Generation Company to help them set up robust financial accounting practices as part of their 3-year strategic plan. Joshua has extensive professional accounting experience spanning over 22 years. He was instrumental in transforming the financial discipline at Makerere University, one of the oldest and biggest Universities in East Africa. As the Chief Finance Officer/Bursar, he managed assets worth $300 million and revenues of over $100 million per annum.
B.Com (Accounting), MBA, CPA (K), CPA (U)
Robert has over 25 years’ experience in business leadership and management consultancy in East Africa. He has extensive experience in Auditing, Finance, Banking, Business Strategy and Management Consultancy. Robert trained as an accountant with PwC, where he worked for five years and rose to Audit Manager in its Business Assurance division. Robert has also worked as Chief Finance Officer at DHL International and Nile Bank Limited as well as Executive Director DFCU Bank Limited.
Robert co-founded and was senior partner at Kisaka & Company, one of the leading indigenous accountancy and management consultancy firms in Uganda. He was in charge of several large scale audit and consultancy assignments for various clients including governments, development organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, Danida, EU as well as numerous private sector clients. Robert’s role is to seek out business opportunities for the Company, including preparing business proposals and marketing the services that can be provided by the Company. Robert is the Human Capital Partner at the firm.
